Post-Construction Cleaning Prices
Per Square Foot:
Light Post-Construction Cleaning:
$0.20 - $0.35 per sq. ft. (For spaces that has already had a rough clean and just need a polish before move-in.)

Heavy Post-Construction Cleaning:
$0.25 - $0.40 per sq. ft. (For dusty, debris-heavy jobs, or where windows, vents, and detail work are required. )

Hourly Pricing (Alternative)
$40 - $60 per hour, per cleaner.
